Ross Higgins leads Newegg's global design and user experience. He and his team are responsible for defining the way users interact with the U.S. tech-focused e-retailer, and for designing the web, mobile and app user interfaces. A strong advocate for user experience within Newegg, Ross constantly evangelizes a user-centric design that employs modern techniques for data analysis and user testing.
Prior to joining Newegg, Ross was a freelance web designer/developer, an instructor in the Web Design program at the Art Institute of California and a senior front-end web developer at Fox Broadcasting, where he built and managed fox.com and mini sites for the network's TV shows. Ross also was a graphic web team lead and UX designer at ESRI, a provider of geographic information systems (GIS) software.
Evan Moore is the VP of Digital Product at goop - Gwyneth Paltrow’s innovative contextual commerce lifestyle brand. As the head of the digital product team he oversees the development of goop’s digital platform and consumer experiences. Over the past year he has helped goop more than double its conversion rate, drive large improvements in retention and lifetime value, drastically ramp its paid marketing efforts, and grow engagement and traffic to meet steep display advertising inventory demands. Prior to joining goop, Evan was the Director of Product for Ticketmaster’s Commerce Platform - a set of services and API’s which handle more than $2 billion in transactions in the US alone. Evan has also spent time with other hyper-growth retail brands like Beautycounter and launched multiple consumer facing properties with e-commerce veteran Shopzilla (now Connexity). Evan loves tackling large strategic challenges with deep analysis, pragmatic solutions, and innovative ideas.

Simon Carpio serves as the Director of Product Management at U.S. Auto Parts Network where he oversees the development of its consumer websites that offer over 1.0 million products in the automotive aftermarket industry. He has worked on several internal and external products including the development of pricing engines, product information systems, and search indexing solutions. He is now focused on the website customer experience. Simon Carpio graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He then received his Project Management certification from the California Institute of Technology.

Bethany Wallace studied Psychology, at The Ohio State University, where she discovered her passion for Digital Marketing. As an Email and Mobile Marketing Manager, at Shoe Carnival, she enjoys the creativity that SMS, MMS, push notifications, and email bring, along with dabbling in programmatic, display and social media. She previously worked at Rocky Brands, Inc. where she ran their Email Marketing Program, and created and ran their Loyalty Program. Bethany loves to travel with her family, enjoys running, the great outdoors and is a coffee addict.

Jonathan leads the iOS product team at Rent the Runway, helping transform the way women get dressed and disrupting the $3 trillion fashion industry. Jonathan also manages a growth product team focused on improving conversion across of RTR’s channels.
At Rent the Runway, he focuses on developing new and innovative features that take advantage of the unique properties of native hardware on iOS to create one-of-a-kind experiences for RTR’s customers and members. Most recently, the mobile team launched a series of features bringing new capabilities to customers in RTR’s five retail locations across the country.
Previously, he worked as product manager on Jet's catalog team for data optimization. Jonathan joined Jet.com 3 months after its launch and stayed through the Walmart acquisition a year later.
In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Trustees for The Foundation for Student Communication, a group founded at Princeton in 1968 by Steve Forbes to bring together undergraduate students and business leaders to equip the next generation with the tools and knowledge to solve the world's biggest problems. The Foundation is the publisher of Business Today magazine, the most widely distributed student-run publication in North America, and hosts a series of conferences inviting students and business leaders from around the world.

Robecta Ma was appointed Vice-President Marketing, Americas in March 2016. Based at the airline’s regional head office in San Francisco, she oversees all marketing, digital and ecommerce for Cathay Pacific Airways in the Americas.
Robecta joined Cathay Pacific in 2011 as Marketing & Ecommerce Executive and was quickly promoted to Marketing & Ecommerce Manager, managing the award winning airline’s ecommerce, email, search, social media & partnership initiatives in North America.
Robecta helped the airline establish multiple successful brand partnerships in the market such as American Express, charity:water, AWAY, and Saks Fifth Avenue. She also launched the airline’s first external and employee advocate programs, allowing influencers and employees to share Cathay Pacific’s content across multiple social media channels.
Prior to Cathay Pacific, Robecta worked at McCann Erickson, providing digital and social media strategies to clients such as HP, Intel, Boys and Girls Club of America and Cathay Pacific Airways.
Robecta was part of Virgin America’s inaugural launch team in 2007, where she executed the airline’s launch marketing campaign.
Born in Hong Kong and educated in the United Kingdom, Robecta is fluent in Cantonese & French. She is married with a baby and lives in San Francisco.

Gary Penn is the current VP of Digital & Global eCommerce for the Nixon, Inc. He leads the direct to consumer business, digital marketing and global enterprise strategy. Gary started as a graphic designer turned IT geek turned “Web Guy”. He has been running strategy, operations and enterprise commerce for the past 19 years at brands such as Quiksilver, DC Shoes, Roxy, Shimano, True Religion and Columbia Sportswear. Gary is a seasoned speaker and Toastmaster earning a coveted podium spot at the Founder's District international speech competition. Gary loves gadgets, honey bees, sausage making, gardening and cold brew coffee in no particular order. He also loves digital technology and would love to network with you to talk about any of the above.
Dr. Laura Granka has been with Google for 10 years, leading UX Research for a team of 50 researchers. She spent the past three years establishing and growing a UX Research team for Google Social, cutting across mobile, photos, Hangouts, Google+ and more. Currently, Laura is leading a team of quantitative researchers and software engineers to build innovative research tools and conduct large-scale analysis across Google Search, Maps, Identity, and other new efforts. She is passionate about baking data into design using research to inform and inspire products, as well as to predict trends. Dr. Granka received her BS and MS from Cornell University, and her PhD from Stanford.

Lobbying congress in 2009 for fair competition against Apple’s walled garden, Mario initiated the effort with EFF to successfully ensure a Library of Congress DMCA exemption for “jailbreak” for iOS devices and lead the most successful company in the alternative iPhone app market.
In 2011, Mario founded Quantum Metric, a digital customer experience and analytics platform, competing with products like IBM’s Tealeaf. Under Mario’s leadership, Quantum Metric has seen rapid adoption from Fortune 500 eCommerce and financial services companies. By 2017, Quantum Metric’s machine intelligence engine was monitoring over $20B of eCommerce and had discovered over $200M of revenue recovery for enterprises.

Jonathan Lacoste is the President and Co-founder of Jebbit, an enterprise software company that focuses on mobile marketing and consumer data. Most of today’s digital marketing is fueled by inaccurate and irrelevant consumer data; Jebbit is changing that. Along with his co-founder, Tom Coburn, Jonathan built the world’s first declared data platform to help fuel digital marketing by using first-party, declared data. In any free time he has, he is an avid marathon runner and hopes to run 26 marathons by the age of 26.
He has received multiple accolades including Forbes 30 under 30 and was the Emerging Executive in the state of Massachusetts.
